Is this the Bitrefill Refer-a-Friend program?
No. Refer-a-Friend rewards you for inviting friends to shop on Bitrefill. This page is about hiring: you refer someone for a job on our team, and get $500 if we hire them.
When do I get paid?
As soon as we hire your referral, we send you a $500 Bitrefill Balance Card.
Can I refer more than one person?
Yes. Every hire is another $500.
Does the candidate need to apply first?
No. Send us their details and CV, and we'll reach out to them.
What are the rules?
You can't refer yourself. If two people refer the same candidate, the first valid referral counts. The candidate must be new to our pipeline. Up to 5 referrals per person. Recruitment agencies and professional recruiters aren't eligible, and neither are Bitrefill team members. One reward per hire, paid as a $500 Bitrefill Balance Card once the candidate is hired.
The small print
Bitrefill decides whether a referral qualifies and can decline rewards for abuse, like self-referrals, fake details or bulk submissions. If we update this program, referrals you've already sent keep the original rules. A referral doesn't guarantee an interview or hire. By submitting, you confirm the candidate agreed to be referred and contacted.
