It's about being honest with people you respect. Assume good intentions, say the hard thing, skip the politics.

Remote means no one sees you staring at your screen looking busy. Good. At Bitrefill, presence is about what you ship, not where you sit. We trust you to do the work because you said you would. If you can't, say so early. We show up by doing the work instead of talking about doing the work. We also know when to log off. Burnt out people don't build good things.
