We start reviewing the applications once the 2-week application period is over.
Video Interview & Online Assessment
Consists of a short video introduction with a set of simple questions for you to answer and a small online assessment.
All together, this won't take you more than an hour to complete.
Get to know each other
For this call, you don’t need to prepare anything, we just want to know you a bit better, so you just need to be yourself!
Technical Convo
This is getting serious! You will get a conversation/technical test with someone from your future team!
Final Assignment & Discussion
We would like to have a sense of how it is to work with you, so we will give you a practical challenge to work on and present it in a final conversation with members of our team.
References & Background Check
You are almost there! But we like to gather some feedback from previous people who worked with you in the past, and we also run your profile through background checks.
